In the early 1900s, a former army officer catches wind of a heinous plan formulated by Rasputin. Rasputin intends to build a formidable army of villains and plot a war to wipe out a population of millions. Eager to thwart Rasputins plans, the officer takes on a young recruit to be his backup and forms a secret spy agency with the end goal of saving the world from behind the scenes.
