At Tower Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your media arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Tower

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
