Japanese anime feature. The film follows telepathic student Ryôichi Kyôgoku (voice of Daisuke Ono) who has just transferred to a new high school in Kamakura. But after he becomes more popular, Ryôichi starts to use his powers to take over the entire school. Only one student, Kenji Seki (Yûtarô Honjô), seems immune to Ryôichis powers but can he save the rest of the student population?
